| Community Tobacco Cessation Partnership The Community Tobacco Cessation Partnership provides trainings on the Best Practice Guidelines in Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence as defined by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Ongoing support includes technical assistance, nicotine patches (NRT), and cessation education materials. Organizations within the Partnership serve populations who have the highest prevalence of smoking in King County and are capable of using these key strategies to reduce prevalence of tobacco use and health disparities caused by tobacco:
