Constantine lauds Legislature for sending marriage equality bill to the Governor

King County Executive Dow Constantine tonight commented on state House passage of marriage equality legislation:

"Congratulations to the Washington State House of Representatives for today's vote in favor of marriage equality.

"This is an historic moment: Both houses of the Washington Legislature have now recognized the right of all adults to marry.
