West Point treats wastewater from homes and businesses in Seattle, Shoreline, north Lake Washington, north King County and parts of south Snohomish County. Seattle’s combined stormwater/wastewater sewer system also flows into West Point. Approximately 90 million gallons a day of sewage is treated at this facility during the dry months and up to 440 millions of gallons can be treated during the rain/storm season.

King County proposal for improved biosolids trucking hours
The City of Seattle Department of Planning and Development has posted King County’s application for a permit revision to expand hours for biosolids trucks leaving West Point Treatment Plant.
