Proposed combined sewer overflow projects pose no significant environmental impacts King County’s Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) today issued an environmental review of two proposed projects to control combined sewer overflows (CSOs) in Puget Sound near West Seattle and North Beach. The reviews were conducted in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
