Noise monitoring

This program provides reliable and consistent data to measure the success of noise reduction strategies in communities near the airport. We collect data from six noise monitors in nearby neighborhoods.

For more information about our monitoring activities near you and other aspects of this program, please email our Noise Office .

Flight tracking

Our flight tracking system identifies the actual flight path used by departing or arriving aircraft. Our Noise Office compares noise complaints with flight tracking and noise measurements, helping us find operators who aren’t following FAA regulations and/or our Fly Quiet flight procedures.
