Local Rule 7(b); Local Rule 40(e); Local Rule 56; Civil Rule 56

Civil Motions:  Dispositive motions are heard on Friday mornings.

Hearing Requests:  Requests for hearing dates are accepted by email.  (Please email the bailiff.)  All other motions with oral argument may be specially set on other days.  Motions with oral argument must be scheduled with the bailiff.

Email must include the following:

  • Case name and cause number
  • Names and phone numbers of all counsel
  • Type of hearing and date(s) requested
